Upeka Bee
Founder and CEO
Upeka is an expert people manager with a long career of building values driven, high performing and friendly teams. Previously, she was the GM of Gusto’s HR platform, before leaving to start DianaHR. She is an immigrant, and she and Tim met in graduate school 18 years ago.
Tim Kral
Founder and CTO
Tim is a builder at heart and obsessed with systems — especially those that involve both people and technology. Before starting DianaHR, he was the VP of Engineering at Relay Payments, a fintech startup. Tim met Upeka many moons ago and likes to joke that they’ve known each other almost longer than they haven’t know each other.
